To deliver on this commitment, we employknowledgeable technicians in our in-house Service Department that are well rounded with a wide range of specialties including welding, electrical troubleshooting and repair, fabrication and finish work.  We also educate our dealers and direct customers that perform their own maintenance and repairs through various training opportunities. We hold an annual service instruction course to educate them on the latest techniques to skillfully work on their Braun ambulance models. This includes a detailed course on the MasterTech IV™  function/operation and troubleshooting. We also provide information on general troubleshooting and repair and hold vendor supported seminars. By taking dealers and customer maintenance crews on plant tours, we engage in an open conversation. Through question and answer sessions, we ensure anything that isn't taught in our formal training is covered for a comprehensive understanding of maintaining your Braun ambulances.
