The aluminum modular body of Braun SOLIDBODY ambulances are warranted to be structurally sound and free of joint separation, cracks, and all other structural defects of both material and workmanship for the life of the vehicle in accordance with the provisions of this warranty.
INCLUSION TO WARRANTY:
This warranty shall apply to:

The module box construction, including seams, joints, door frames, roof, floor, and wall construction. |
| 2. |
All exterior doors and exterior door hinges. |
| 3. |
All interior aluminum cabinets. |
EXCLUSION FROM WARRANTY:
This warranty shall not apply to:
| 1. |
Paint finish, sealant, hardware, moldings, windows, non-aluminum cabinets, and other appointments and accessories. |
| 2. |
Any part or component becoming defective as a result of misuse, negligence, accident or other casualty, or failure to provide normal routine maintenance. |
| 3. |
Improper repair, installation, or alteration by anyone other than MANUFACTURER. |
| 4. |
Operation contrary to MANUFACTURER’S operating instructions. |
| 5. |
Normal wear parts. |
| 6. |
Any parts or products that have been repaired, modified, or replaced. |
TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP:
This structural warranty may be transferred to subsequent owner(s), provided that the vehicle is inspected by the MANUFACTURER or its authorized distributor within sixty days of transfer of ownership and that warranty revalidation forms are completed and filed with the MANUFACTURER verifying warranty compliance. A warranty transfer charge in addition to inspection charges will apply.
