This warranty covers the areas of the vehicle finished with specified PPG products for a period of seven (7) years, or 100,000, whichever occurs first. The first 5 years are covered at 100% parts and labor, years 6 and 7 are covered at a rate of 50% of the cost of parts and labor. Paint repairs must be pre-approved by Braun/PPG and performed by an authorized PPG facility.
INCLUSIONS TO WARRANTY:

Peeling or de-lamination of the topcoat and/or other layers of paint. |

Cracking or checking. |
| 3. |
Loss of gloss caused by cracking, checking, and hazing. |
| 4. |
Any paint failure caused by defective PPG Fleet Finishes which are covered by this guarantee. |
| 5. |
Corrosion caused by imperfect surface preparation, dissimilar metal reaction, or improper paint application. |
EXCLUSIONS TO WARRANTY:

Hazing, chalking or loss of gloss caused by improper care, abrasive polishes, cleaning agents, heavy-duty pressure washing, or aggressive mechanical wash systems. |
| 2. |
Paint deterioration caused by abuse, accidents, acid rain, chemical fallout or acts of nature. |
| 3. |
Custom finishes, exotic finishes or any finish other than standard refinish procedure. |
| 4. |
Finishes on vehicles used for competitive purposes. |
| 5. |
Failures resulting from product misuse or abuse. |
| 6. |
Repairs done over previously refinished areas unless stripped to bare metal or appropriate substrate. |
| 7. |
Failure on finishes containing Non-PPG or Non-PPG Finishes approved products. |
| 8. |
Failure on finishes performed by Non-PPG Certified Refinish Technicians. |
| 9. |
Failure on finishes performed by Non-PPG Certified Repair Centers. |
| 10. |
Failure on finishes performed by PPG Certified Refinishers who have allowed their certification to expire. |
| 11. |
Paint deterioration caused by blisters or other firm degradation due to Magnesium or Calcium Chloride which is being used to free roads from ice/snow. |
