Summary of Responsibilities
Download all electronic controllers (nodes), master control consoles (MCC), and power distribution quarters (PDQ) per vehicle order. Assemble various work orders and perform testing on all in-house build components.
Summary of Activities
|Receive, review and interpret||Instructions, prints, electrical schematics and work orders for each assembly|
|Use machine and hand tools||Make additional harness wires as needed|
|Maintain production schedule in assembly builds and maintain inventory bins of electrical components and bulk items||Restock personal bins out of the stock area|
|Download all electronic controllers (nodes)||Download Program into nodes and vista screens|
|Assemble quality master controls consoles (MCC) per work order||Install components into the console per the work order and prints|
|Assemble quality power distribution quarters (PDQ) per work order||Install components into the PDQ per the work order and prints|
|Assemble in-house work order builds|
|In process inspection of assemblies|
