Summary of Responsibilities

The Regional Sales Coordinator (RSC) is responsible for coordinating the sales activities and liaises between the dealer network, the external sales force, and the various internal departments. The coordinator follows all process steps of the orders, from the initial quotation to delivery of the vehicles to the customers.

Summary of Activities

Responsibilities Activities
Primary contact for all inquiries from the dealer network, sales representatives, and internal customers Coordinate the communication flow on planning, engineering, and production. Provide customers with CPQ technical support, system guidance.
Assist in the preparation of sales quotes and RFPs Complete quotes in the CPQ (including pricing)
Review, confirm and release orders for planning and production. Ensure that work orders are coherent and “clean”. Release work orders to engineering. Process change requests as necessary.
Follow-up on production readiness Participate in production meetings. Communicate with our customers on project completions, manage expectations.
Prepare sales acknowledgement and assist (finance) with the preparation of delivery documentation when required. Coordinate with sales admin clerks; MSO, 2nd stage, sales packet, etc.

Technical Skills/Competencies (Technical Knowledge, Education and Experience)

  • 5 years work-related experience, in a manufacturing environment
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Office products.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain long-term relationships with customers
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and frequent interruptions.
  • Excel in planning, time and priorities management
  • Understand the client’s needs and manage expectations to match them with the company’s design, production and timeframe parameters
  • Technical and professional skills regarding ambulance manufacturing, pricing and product delivery

  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds with assistance, regularly required to walk, talk and hear, reach with hands and arms, stand, crouch and kneel; frequently required to use hand to finger dexterity in order to handle objects, tools, and/or controls; occasionally required to stoop or crawl
