Summary of Responsibilities
Performs all required service work for vehicles as a part of our warranty agreement and/or customer requirements in the time designated. Service work to include fabrication, welding, bodywork, paint, vehicle prep, vehicle assembly, cabinet assembly, electrical installation, troubleshooting, cleaning and inspection processes.

| Review and interpret remount orders for customer change request and possibly warranty repairs | Everyone that is working on the truck has to read the order before they start so they know what needs done to the truck |
| Coordinate functions, processes and timelines for vehicle completion | |
| Perform all service related repair tasks, with some assistance on speciality skill functions | This is including all jobs from tear down, weld, paint/body and reassembly |
| Communicate with customers during pick up and delivery of service vehicles | The RSS covers most communication but there are times you will work with the customers |
| Work with the dealers and customers when the remount inspection is being done | If the customer gig’s an item during inspection, we will repair it at that time |
