Summary of Responsibilities
Develop, manage, and implement sales strategies and objectives to ensure the achievement of company’s goals for three brands (Demers, Braun, Crestline). Focus on developing strategies for the U.S. Dealer Advisor team to develop and grow dealers. Create strategies and people that enable us to provide world-class programs and service to be the partner of choice.

Work with the executive team to find and grow sales to dealerships, manage a team of professionals organized into multiple regions in the U.S. | |
Maintain a collaborative relationship with the operations team at all three facilities, member of the Van Wert Senior Leadership team. | |
Develop and execute a dealer development strategy to increase sales volume. | |
Achieve monthly and quarterly order and revenue targets. | |
Coordinate with Marketing team to develop tools and programs to support achieving the sales objectives. | |
Provide input to executive team, product development, and marketing to assure market relevant products and channel strategies. | |
Directly manage a team of 6 to 10 team members over 3 brands to successfully reach stated growth objective. | |
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to assure repeat business overtime. | |
Travel to customer-facing conferences and speaking events. | |
Effectively communicate the company's and products' Unique Selling Proposition through presentations, proposals, and team training materials. | |
Identify and report forces that shift the strategic direction of accounts and customer budgets and shift strategies to assure long-term success. | |
Lead sales forecasting for dealership business to guide resource allocation. | |
Manage sales administrative team to optimize and manage dealer product from quote through delivery. | |
Work collaboratively with Customer Service and Marketing to support the dealer and user experience. | |
Build positive culture in the workplace. | |
Prepare and monitor departmental budgets. | |
Establish, implement and revise policies and procedures related to sales operations. | |
Create a productive team through written and verbal communication. | |
Develop and train personnel. | |
