Summary of Responsibilities

A
Customer Care Technicien will perform all required service and repair work for
Braun, Demers, and Crestline ambulances (DBC) as a part of our commitment to
excellence, customer satisfaction, and our warranty statement; while
maintaining the highest level of quality and exceeding our customer’s
expectations. Also being conscious of the designated time standards and
completion expectations.

Service
work skills to include fabrication, welding, bodywork, paint, vehicle prep,
vehicle assembly, cabinet assembly, electrical installation, troubleshooting,
cleaning and inspection processes and anything additional required to exceed
our customer’s needs and expectations.

Technical Skills/Competencies (technical
knowledge, education and experience)

High School diploma or
equivalent

Technical
aptitude; understanding of vehicles, electrical systems and mechanical
devices

Completion of EVT/ASE Certification

assistance, regularly require walking, talk and hear, reach with hands and
arms, stand, crouch and kneel; frequently required to use hand to finger
dexterity in order to handle objects, tools, and/or controls; occasionally
required to stoop or crawl

Pass a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) prior to
employment and annually thereafter, as needed;  1. No more than two moving violations in
past three years

2.  No
violations involving controlled substance
