Co-founders, Don Bloom and Shawn Bryant, sold Braun ambulances prior to even incorporating the business! They officially opened their first full-line facility in Warren, Ohio in 1987. They carried a complete line of emergency medical products and vehicles. Today, the company is also owned by Taylor Pease and maintains their EMS Supplies and Ambulances Divisions. They also offer EMS Software and Disaster Response Solutions as well.

North Central Emergency Vehicles was one of Braun’s first dealer partners. They provide Braun sales and service to customers in Minnesota, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, Wisconsin, Iowa, and Illinois. They have facilities in Lester Prairie, Minnesota, Lincoln, Nebraska, and Plainfield, Illinois.

Family-owned and operated, North Central Emergency Vehicles was started by Jerry Pawelk in 1964 as Jerry’s Transmission Service. Jerry was a fire chief and grew his service business to focus on fleet management of fire trucks and ambulances. As he made a name for himself by providing exceptional service, Braun approached Jerry about becoming a dealer in 1987; he accepted. His son and current owner, Fred Pawelk, was hired as the first full-time ambulance salesman in 1992. In 1993, the company changed its name to North Central Ambulance Sales and Service.

Today, they sell and service more than ambulances. They also work on fire trucks, brush trucks, and other specialty vehicles. Now under the name North Central Emergency Vehicles, they are the premier emergency vehicle dealer in the Midwest.

North Eastern Rescue Vehicles, Inc. became a member of the Braun family in 2011. They are the premier dealer of Braun Ambulances in Vermont and New York.

NERV was founded in 1987. The founders had a combined 65 years in the field of EMS, so they knew what was important to crew members when purchasing a new vehicle. Glick Fire Equipment joined the Braun family in 2013 as the dealer for Pennsylvania. Glick has various locations in Pennsylvania, including sales and service departments in Bird in Hand, Mill Hall, Zelienople, and Hatfield, Pennsylvania. Glick has 4 full-service and sales facilities across Pennsylvania, in Lancaster, Clinton, Butler and Montgomery counties, with body shop and fabrication services available in their Lancaster and Butler county locations.

Glick Fire Equipment was founded in 1987 by David and Susan Glick, who began the company in their living room. Over the following 12 years, the company grew and expanded to other locations, while focusing on fire apparatus sales. In 2007, Glick expanded their product line to include ambulances and now provides Braun ambulances to clients in eastern and central Pennsylvania.

From a living room operation to a four-facility company, Glick has never lost their passion for providing customers with quality and innovative emergency and fire apparatus sales and service. The company’s sales and service teams are experienced and committed to providing first-class products and services to fire and EMS crews in Pennsylvania.

Joining the Braun family in 2005, they provide ambulance sales and service out of their main headquarters in Manchester, New Jersey and vehicle conversions facility in Flanders, New Jersey.

First Priority Emergency Vehicles is one of two authorized Braun Ambulance Remounters in the country. First Priority is a manufacturer, dealer, upfitter, and service provider of emergency and specialty vehicles. Along with ambulances, they offer specialty vehicle conversions, New Jersey and Delaware fire apparatus sales and clean transportation solutions.

Bulldog Fire and Emergency Apparatus joined the Braun family in 2011. They are the dealer partner for Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island. They have facilities in Woodville, Massachusetts and Bozrah, Connecticut.

The company was founded in 1933 as a fire apparatus manufacturer. Over the years, the company evolved to represent other emergency vehicle manufacturers and provide various products and services.

Today, Bulldog Fire and Emergency Apparatus is the premier dealer and service provider for fire and emergency apparatus in New England. Many of Bulldog’s team members have served as EMS professionals, so they know the importance of quality-built ambulances firsthand. With knowledgeable sales representatives and experienced in-house service technicians, Bulldog provides an ideal experience for their customers during the life of their emergency vehicle.

Since 2000, Autotronics has been a member of the Braun family serving customers in Maine and New Hampshire. Autotronics has two locations: Frenchville, Maine and Bangor, Maine.

Autotronics was founded as “Daigle Midway Service,” by Ferdinand Daigle, Sr. in 1958. In 1964, Ferdinand Daigle, Jr. expanded the business to include specialty automotive electrical systems, starters, and alternators. In 1985, Ferdinand Paul Daigle, III joined the company and began focusing on public safety vehicles.

Today, Autotronics is the premier dealer for the sales and service of fire apparatus, ADA vehicles, police vehicles, and Braun ambulances in Maine and New Hampshire. Their sales and service teams are extremely knowledgeable about the entire Braun product line.
